Summary

I'm having so much fun playing with Airtable, N8N, and Gemini to have AI watch videos in bulk, analyze them, and make them useful to me.

Here's a flow I've built out that automatically analyzes videos that are hosted in Dropbox and then puts the information in an Airtable.

To build this out for yourself, here’s what I recommend:

1. Download the below JSON file and upload it into N8N, This will automatically generate the shell of the flow.

2. Read through these steps, and then paste them into Claude. Work 1-on-1 with Claude to build it out for yourself, since you'll need to plug in your own Google account, your own Airtable account, your own N8N, etc…

Step-By-Step Walkthrough

Step 1: Set Up Your Airtable Video Analysis Database

Create a new Airtable base called "Video Database” or something similar.

Use these columns:

Primary Table: "Video Analysis"

Set up these essential columns:

Basic Video Information:

• Cover Image (Attachment field)
• Video Title (Single line text)
• Video URL (URL field)
• Brand (Single line text)
• Product Category (Single line text)
• Target Audience (Single line text)

Content Analysis Fields:

• Hook Text (Long text)
